If you would like to host Faith Solutions to Mental Health at an upcoming event please follow the link below to fill out the online speaker request form.

Q: What is the honorarium donation requirement?

A: The suggested amount is $300. Please communicate what honorarium donation amount is anticipated based on your budget  within the request form.

Q: What is required for out of city or out of state travel accommodations?

A: Any event location further than 4 hours one way requires round trip flight, ground transportation and hotel accommodations plus the suggested honorarium donation amount of $300 per day. If the event is within driving distance, the cost of car rental and/or fuel should be reimbursed.

Q: Is an honorarium donation required for online presentations or teleconferences?

A: Yes. we will accept an honorarium donation for online presentations or teleconferences. The suggested amount is $150 per hour. Please communicate what honorarium donation amount is anticipated based on your budget within the request form.

Q: Do you bring your products with you to live events?

A: Yes. Please allot space for Faith Solutions to Mental Health marketing materials to be setup.

Q: Do you have any other specific needs to present?

A: If something more is needed, the event host will be notified.
